By booking Bowcliffe Paddock Dog Enrichment Park you (the client) are agreeing to the terms and conditions shown on this page.
Liability: No responsibility will be taken by the landowner or organisers for damage or injury sustained to property, individuals or animals whilst using the field or on the property. Field users are advised to insure their pet/s for all eventualities.
All vehicles parked on the property are left entirely at their owners risk. No responsibility for damage or accidents can be taken by Bowcliffe Paddock Dog Enrichment park.
Any breakages or damage to the field will be paid for by the dog owner.
Booking: Bookings are made here.
Booking are non transferable. Confirmation of your booking with the date and time of your booking will be sent by email, if not received this means the field is NOT booked. If you do not receive our confirmation email, please check your ‘junk’ inbox before calling us on 07961 813679. A text message will be sent in to the mobile number provided containing the padlock combination number.
Bookings can be amended up to 15 hours prior to your booked slot.
The person making the booking must be present and must ensure that anyone else attending is made aware of and adheres to the Terms and Conditions.
Payment: Payments must be made through the online booking procedure and the secure payment platform.
The field can only be used if it has been booked and payment received.
Cancellation Policy: Users are responsible for managing their own bookings and can amend or cancel slots up to 24 hours before they start through the field hire booking system.
Slots cancelled within 24 hours of starting are non-refundable.
No extension is allowed for late arrival to the field.
No refunds are given for no show to session booking.
Bowcliffe Paddock Dog Enrichment Park reserves the right to close the field at any time, for which a full refund will be given. Cancellation will be notified to the field user/booker.
Entering/leaving the Field and Field use: It is the responsibility of the field user to book a slot which allows enough time to unload their animals, use the field and get them back into their vehicles afterwards within their time slot.
Users must inspect the field to ensure that it is suitable for use by their dog(s), fence height etc.
Anyone remaining over their time slot in the field will need to pay for the extra slot, anyone and be discouraged from re-booking.
It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the entrance gate is locked from the inside whilst they are in the field.
Code of Ethics: Aversive training techniques and aversive devices such as, but not limited to prong collars, electronic devices and choke chains are not permitted.
Dog trainers working with their clients will only be allowed by prior arrangement.
Professional dog walkers will only be allowed by prior arrangement.
No sub letting of the field is allowed.
Maintenance: The hirer must bring their own poo bags and remove ALL dogs poo and dispose of in the bin provided.
No litter is to be left in the field as this presents a risk to users and their dogs.
The field is regularly inspected, but please notify us if you have any concerns.
During winter the field may be muddy, therefore suitable attire such as waterproof boots are advised.
Parking: Parking must be in the designated Bowcliffe Paddock Dog Enrichment Park parking area.
Vehicles are left entirely at the user’s own risk and Bowcliffe Paddock Dog Enrichment Park accept no responsibility for any loss or damage incurred, accident or otherwise, whilst they are on the premises.
Children: Children are welcome on the field but must be supervised by an adult at all times.
The enrichment areas (sandpit, logs, tyres etc.) are designed to be used by dogs and if children are allowed to climb, then they do so at their own risk.
Data: We only retain your contact details in the event of having to contact you regarding your booking. The information is not used for any other purpose or shared to any other parties.
